We recently checked into the Charles Hotel in the heart of Harvard Square for a staycation in the city.

The sights, sounds and smells of a New Delhi evening of shopping are intoxicating...first stop, South Extension, known as "SouthEx".
This is London, Day 1
A lot of people are considering shifting away from Instagram in light of their new terms of service and I have to admit, I just started using the new Flickr app, which I think is quite robust.
Still, while in London, I Instagrammed a lot and enjoyed how easy it was to share my adventures, but then I realized, there are also these...the real photographs.
This is London. Day 1.

Greece: Santorini, Goodbye
Guys, it's finally time to say goodbye to Santorini, and Hotel Sunny Villas, easily one of the most unique hotels in the world.
Here's a last look.
Greece: Santorini, RGBY
After our hike, and surprise encounter, there was time for a last saunter through the village for souvenirs and THIS!
*RGBY = Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, the colours that summarize this post.
Greece: Santorini, Dogs + Photogs
The sunset in Oia brought every tourist to it's tip, each person vying for a comfortable spot to enjoy sun down.
Then, there was this dog, like the Lassie of Oia, leading the way for tourists, and braving great heights for a photo op; finally settling down in a nook that stuck out way over the water.
June: Art to Inspiration
It has taken me a while to get around to doing this month's Art to Inspiration, even though when I first saw this image, I was excited about it because right away an image clicked in my mind of what I wanted to pair it with. I saw the turquoise blue, the hanging objects and immediately knew.
So here it is, folks!
Jill Ricci's Float took me back to the streets of Bombay, India (y'all know how much I love a clothes line!)
Past A2I posts: Feb, March, April,May

Greece: Santorini, Blue Domes
We spent a good deal of time trying to find the famed blue-domed church, you know, the one that appears on every single Greek postcard or Google search for Santorini. Our quest to find the exact blue dome left us still searching several churches later. After meeting other tourists also in search of it, we all decided that there must be a separate, private, rooftop view of that particular view of that particular blue-domed church. We'd continue our search later...
Greece: Santorini, Boys
Here's looking at you, kids.
Greece: Mykonos, The Wind Mills
Oh, the famed Wind Mills of Mykonos.
As we turned around a narrow and crowded corner, this was our first glimpse of the wind mills. The timing couldn't have been better; with the sun just starting to drop it created the most gorgeous light.
Most of the cafes facing the water boasted the "best sun set view", but expensive cocktails at over crowded cafes like Scarpa didn't make sense, especially when the sun set could be viewed from anywhere. So, this is what we did, instead.
Breathtaking, to say the least. See how these windmills compare to Zaans Shans, in Amsterdam.
